Disinfecting Process with ExOzone®
The amount of eggs to be disinfected is placed in the room set up for gaseous disinfection. Up to 100,000 eggs can be placed at one time. Then the positioning of the disinfection system follows the preparations.
Select Treatment Program
After this, the operating parameters must be selected on the device. Our specialists will prepare the treatment protocols according the amount of the eggs placed in the room. The total time of the treatment is between 4 and 8 hours. After the start of the disinfection the room must be sealed/closed.
During treatment, the ExOzone® unit transforms Oxygen molecules in the ambient air into Ozone gas at low electricity usage and carries out the pharmaceutical-grade disinfection automatically. The technology will assure 100% dissipation of ozone gas after the treatment.
After the treatment neither ozone, nor hazardous residues in the treated room or on surfaces would be presented, the premise will be instantly ready-to-use. No downtime or additional work is needed. For safety reasons, use of ozone-meters may be requiered.
