the process

We provide this free demo & trial opportunity to demonstrate the unmatched efficacy of ExOzone® technology. The SR-100 mobile unit used in the tests produces 400+ g/hr ozone at 380 CFM right from ambient air. Not milligrams. Grams. This is enough ozone to sterilize all surfaces in a designated room with a 2-3 hour treatment.

Measure the performance by ATP tests or by running TPC analysis for log reductions of aerobic bacteria, yeast & mold before and after the treatment. Here is how:

  • Perform regular cleaning, do not use disinfectant

  • Take swab samples from selected surfaces (control samples)

  • Have us perform the treatment

  • Take swab samples from the same surfaces (treated samples)

  • Compare control vs treated samples or have your laboratory perform the evaluation

  • Quick presentation & product demo - 60 minutes

  • Presentation, product demo, facility walk through and site inspection - 2 hours

  • Trial & test run - dependent on the size and condition of designated room and equipment. Site prep, set up and sampling make the demo a little longer than regular treatment - 4-8 hours

Note: Some clients select to run trials overnight. Do not hesitate to book us for off business hours and weekends.

Our team will develop site-specific plans to address prospective clients’ needs. Plan will contain recommended equipment configuration, contact times, coverage and concentrations based on general information about the facility (number of rooms, aggregate volume of all rooms, and the production schedule).

Our goal is to fully meet or exceed pre-set and mutually agreed upon targets. After a successful trial and test run, prospective client will be in position to make a favourable executive decision on the acquisition of ExOzone® appliances as the test results and accompanying support documentation will credibly and sufficiently demonstrate the following:
