POULTRY HEALTH AND WELFARE IN BREEDING
Discover how ExOzone® can help you!
Disinfecting challenges in the sector
Human
Resources
To use conventional disinfecting solutions, highly trained personnel are required.
Regulation
Background
In developed countries, the prohibition of hazardous chemicals as a significant trend is noteworthy.
Dangerous Chemicals
Both the usage and storage of chemicals used for disinfection have high human and environmental risks.
Resistant
Organisms
As regards the effects of many disinfecting agents, microorganisms have started building up resistance thereby causing a serious problem.
Where can ExOzone® help you with disinfection?
Disinfecting Process with ExOzone®
1
Prepare the Room
As the first step of the cleaning and disinfecting process, the disinfecting cleaning of surfaces takes place. Only afterward can the air and surface disinfecting method be carried out.
2
Select Treatment Program
After this, the operating parameters must be selected on the device, which may differ from room to room. Our specialists will prepare the treatment protocol for each room in advance. They will be defined and provided in your treatment proposal based on your individual needs so that you can easily achieve your desired goal with disinfection.
3
Treatment
During treatment, the ExOzone® unit transforms Oxygen molecules in the ambient air into Ozone gas at low electricity usage and carries out the pharmaceutical-grade disinfection automatically. The technology will assure 100% dissipation of ozone gas after the treatment.
4
After Treatment
After the treatment neither ozone, nor hazardous residues in the treated room or on surfaces would be presented, the premise will be instantly ready-to-use. No downtime or additional work is needed. For safety reasons, use of ozone-meters may be requiered.
"Some years ago we started to look for alternative methods of egg disinfection
in farms. We have good experiments with ozone, the first experiences were favorable. After many success trials we decide to start using this technology in our production farms. The first machine was put into operation from 8th of May in this year (2018). At the moment we use 10 generator and we will start using an other one in next year. This machine produces ozone in the egg storage room after the workers collected the eggs and put into there."
